The more I learn about ‘Sales’, the more apparent it’s become (to me) that TWO factors can change everything: Certainty + Trust.
...A web developer will tell you that you need a website. The SEO person will tell you to write blog posts. The ad guy will tell you to invest in ads. But… the sales and marketing advice you take (and give) always comes down to the stage/age of the business.
...Do that every week (and keep it relevant to your target audience) and barely anyone will unsubscribe. Why? Because your ratios between teaching and giving are in balance.
