Remember, most experts have an agenda.


A web developer will tell you that you need a website.

The SEO person will tell you to write blog posts.

The ad guy will tell you to invest in ads.

But… the sales and marketing advice you take (and give) always comes down to the stage/age of the business.

So, should you spend money on ads?

What are your goals?

What are your constraints?

My advice…

Less than $100k turnover = Organic + Social Selling

$100k – $300k = SMAPs + Organic + Funnel

More than $300k = Ads + Funnel
