Step #1 Monitor how you spend your time. Keep a diary or put your daily activities into a spreadsheet.
Step #2 Assign one of three actions to each activity.
- Automate; Delegate; or, Detonate
Step #3 Do it weekly
What should you keep doing? What should you give to someone else or automate? What are the activities that were ONCE useful but no longer deliver high ROI?
