Should Alex Hormozi have sacked his CTO because he didn’t know how to use zoom?
Me?
I’m a reformed Luddite!
I see that as a massive strength.
When you a slightly backward with technology, you understand all the headaches and hurdles that your target audience are going to share.
But, sure, struggling with Zoom is a massive redflag.
But mainly, he was late 3 times.
Still, do you think a CTO needs to be the best at everything technical?
Or the best at understanding how humans relate to the tech?
